It brings together neighbors committed to learning, listening, and investing in people, organizations and projects shaping a more vibrant and equitable Marin.
Our initial focus centers on Marin City, where we aim to support and scale initiatives already demonstrating measurable impact across education, workforce development, youth empowerment, and community building.
Rather than directing funds from the top down, Tam Collective operates as a participatory model. Members engage directly in the process of learning from community leaders, learning about opportunities, and collectively deciding where and how to deploy capital for the greatest impact.
